As a holistic health and wellbeing coach, I’m passionate about helping people move past frustration and into freedom. So many of us feel trapped—by diets that don’t work, by toxic workplaces, by products filled with chemicals, or by cultural norms that ask women to shrink instead of take up space. My coaching creates a space to untangle all of that.

Focus

Women’s Health & Empowerment

As a coach, I focus on supporting women through all stages of life. Whether it’s balancing hormones, navigating stress, or building healthier habits and relationships, with the relationship to oneself being key to unlocking your fullest potential. My approach blends nutrition, holistic and societal awareness to help women feel grounded, energized, and confident in their bodies and in the world.

Life and Career Transitions

As a former scientist with a doctoral degree who has spent over 10 years in one career, I am very much aware of the challenges that come with pivoting and transitioning into a completely different career. For those considering or transitioning into a new career, I support you by helping you clarify your values, strengths, and goals through self-assessment and reflection, fostering new perspectives and overcoming limiting beliefs.

Health Sovereignty

As a holistic health coach, I support you in becoming more aware of what you put in your body. Whether that’s understanding what’s really in food, choosing whole and nourishing options, or noticing how certain habits impact your energy and wellbeing. Through this process, you begin to develop a sense of sovereignty: the confidence and empowerment that comes from making intentional choices and feeling truly in charge of your health.

Experimental Mindset

So often, we’re taught to see success as a straight line; set a goal, push through, achieve it at all costs. But that rigid approach can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected from what we truly need. In my coaching, I invite you to embrace an experimental mindset, a healthier way of approaching growth, where self awareness and goal setting meet. By exploring, learning, and adjusting without judgment, we move away from perfectionism and toward progress that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with your values.

Transformation & Sustainability

Long-term change and transformation comes from a shift in mindset and beliefs. My coaching centers on creating sustainable health routines while exploring mindset and beliefs that may be keeping you from where you would like to be. I help clients learn how to tune into their body’s needs, create balance between work and rest, and embrace wellness practices that are realistic for their lifestyle.

You as the Driver

As an ICF-trained coaching professional, I use a client-led, whole person approach to get you where you want to be. My coaching style can be likened to driving a car. You are in the driver seat and I am in the passenger seat. You do the driving and direct the car towards where you want to go, and I give directional guidance.
